1. Download the individual application here pdf format size 90 KB  OR Download the instituation application here pdf format size 75 KB
2. Fill the application form and send to fax number 0-2354-5541 or 0-2354-5548
3. Candidate must transfer money to Bank Account.

And please send a fax a copy of the deposit / transfer application to the number 0-2354-5541 or 0-2354-5548 to continue next process.

4. Make an individual subscription online by clicking here!!
5. You will receive e-mail from the website to make activate your subscription.
6. To activate your subscription by clicking the link contained in the e-mail.
7. To use the account log in as user name and password to apply.

If the way the webmaster has not received any documents on step 2 and 3 will not be able to make sign in or log in to.
