ThaiPOD members divided into 2 types

(1) Institutions by the chief executives of member institutions serve.
(2) Individual by faculty or staff of institutions and personnel of relevant organizations.

Institutions are divided into three types.

(1) Founding members include institutions that co-founded a network from scratch, including Chulalongkorn University, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, Suranaree University of Technology, Suan Dusit Rajabhat University, and Prince of Songkla University by a permanent membership.
(2) General members include institutions that subscribe to the network.
(3) Associate members include academic or professional organizations and other network members not less than half the certified membership and is now one year membership.

Individual divided into two categories.

(1) Ordinary members include faculty in higher education institutions that subscribe.
(2) Associate members, including academics study. Or individuals. Ordinary Members of at least 2 people to certify.

Founding members and General member  has one vote each. Except that no voting associate members.
